1 Year Used Guitar Warranty
One of the disadvantages of buying used gear is the lack of factory warranty. We have now removed that problem buy offering (at no additional charge) a 1 year in-store fix-or-replace warranty against manufacturers defects on all used and factory second guitars and other instruments we sell.
Lay Away Policy
We offer an easy layaway plan for items costing $100 and up. Just put 15% down and take up to 90 days to pay off the balance of your purchase with NO INTEREST! The remaining balance will be broken into 3 equal payments due 30, 60, and 90 days from the purchase date. Additional payment may be made at any time and may offset the scheduled payments. And of course the entire amount may be paid off any time before the 90 days.
Special Orders Policy
Though we specialize in guitars and other stringed instruments, we can special order every thing from drums to keyboards to PA systems to band instruments. If there is anything you need let us know and we will special order it. A 50% non refundable deposit is required and the balance due on delivery.
Returns Policy
Returned items may be exchanged or swapped for store credit within 48 hours of the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse to refund/exchange excessive or habitual returns.
Privacy Policy
The Pickers Exchange does not sell, trade, or make available to any one in any way our customers' personal information, email address, etc. Any thing you tell us stays with us only.
